It is a pleasure to welcome you to my home studio. I discovered yoga in 2003. The contentment this practice gave me pushed me to enrol in my first teacher training in 2004. Hatha yoga (based on the Iyengar method) is heart-oriented and spiritually inspiring, yet very grounded for today’s needs. Each class explores many postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.
Since 2005, I have trained with renowned certified teachers throughout North America. With more than 800 hours of training to my name, my wish is to share the happiness and serenity Yoga has brought me with my students.
I am presently in a two year Mindfulness Meditation Certification Training (which will be completed in February 2021) with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
