I REALLY ENJOYED THE WORKSHOP YOU GAVE US TODAY. In fact, you started by talking to us about unconditional love. This is precisely the lesson I have to learn from my recidivism… this love without attachment.
Of course, the workshops are always too short… there is so much to explore… but the seeds are sown and the blooming is gradual…
The questions allowed us to reflect on ourselves, deepen our self-knowledge and bring us back to our true essence.
I have already meditated regularly for several years, but I must admit that for the past year, due to lack of time, I have abandoned this practice. It seems that my vision of meditation has changed. Instead, I am trying to develop my sensitivity to subtle energies, to practice more contemplation and writing inspired by it.
I really liked your metaphor about the ladder from the back of the nostrils to the center of the heart to settle down deep inside and welcome oneself fully…
What is certain is that you have brought us into a very deep state of relaxation. I would have stayed there longer…

Thank you for your confidence in me. Thank you for not judging me and for helping me to go beyond myself…
I started the session and I was unable to do the board, my arms weren’t strong enough… now I’m doing it… Not very very long and my run to get to the Cobra is far from perfect, but this tiny change makes me proud.
When I’m tired or at the end of my strength, I now rest in the down dog position instead of the L’Enfant position. I know it’s not ULTRA forcing down dog, but you have no idea what it means to me, that my body can do things I thought I couldn’t do.
Thank you for your precious time and your love for us. I really appreciate it.
